Freedom Watch Amicus Brief Before Ninth Circuit Seeking Stay and Reveral of Seattle Judge's TRO of Trump 90 Day Moratorium on Immigration from 7 Middle Eastern Countries

(San Francisco, CA, February 6, 2017). Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and now Freedom Watch and a former federal prosecutor, has just filed an amicus curiae brief before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit supporting the Trump Justice Department's motion to stay implementation of the order of federal judge James Robart where he issued a temporary restraining order blocking the implementation of President Trump's executive order for a 90-day moratorium on immigration from seven countries in the Middle East.
